Cancellation
The 15% deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation but may be considered for a change of date, always depending on availability.
If you cancel or modify the reservation up to 24 hours BEFORE the arrival date, the establishment will not make additional charges to the deposit.
If you cancel or modify the reservation after the deadline or do not show up, the establishment will charge 100% of the first night.

Metro Hostal Boutique, Hostel in Mexico City located in the heart of Colonia Roma, our concept makes each room cozy, comfortable and unique. We offer private rooms for 2, 3 and 4 people, we also have the option of shared dorms with 6 and 10 beds. We have a terrace with a very wooded view, excellent for morning coffee and perfect for a few drinks at night. Our location, one of the most multicultural in the city, Colonia Roma is classified as an Area of artistic and architectural monuments, there are a large number of restaurants, cafeterias, galleries, parks, schools, hospitals, they make your stay more interesting and fun, we are only 20 minutes from the historic center, 5 minutes from Zona Rosa and 30 minutes from Coyoacán. The Staff are interested in giving you a unique experience, we know our city and our country and helping you make your stay more enjoyable is our daily motivation. Pet friendly? Of course, subject to availability and approval, we are not closed to your best friend accompanying you while you are responsible for cleaning and never leave him alone, in the area almost all restaurants are pet friendly which makes it easy to go out to eat or have a drink
